Birthday Bash!

Thank you for all my Birthday messages. I even had a post on Facebook from my chum Daryl in Canada! I can't believe I am 5 years old. I had a great day and got to see lots of my friends. Alan and Oscar popped in to say hi and so did these odd folk!

This is my friend Laura, she loves kisses! She gave me a delicious dog treat to much on.

And this is Jono.. he is a little forward with the kisses but who's complaining!

The demise of another Christmas toy!

Had great fun last night...

...they really should make these toys a little better... they are just too easy to destroy!

Happy New Year!

After a night of hiding behind the sofa (ghastly fireworks going off for what seemed like hours!) I decided a nice long walk, to check all was well with the world, was in order. Me and my friend Chester took the humans up onto the Malvern Hills. It was a little windy but a great first day of the year...

Happy New Year to you all. Be sure to call in and say hello anytime you are passing. I work with Fiona most days in the shop... someones got to keep an eye on her!

See you soon. Noah

A good day out!

Decided to take a day off this week. We (Me, Fiona, her Mum and Aunt) headed up to the Cotswolds. We had a great walk at Dover's Hill. It was a little breezy but it didn't matter. The views were incredible. You could see for miles.

I don't know why, but everyone found it very amusing that I wasn't interested in the fluffy white creatures that were in the field. Apparently I am expected to do something with them... I was far too busy keeping a close eye on my frisbee...

After our walk we popped into The Noel Arms in Chipping Campden for a hot cup of tea. They are so welcoming... they fed me a Bonio and even let me take the humans in with me!

Smile!

Firstly, apologies for not blogging much (if at all) during the summer. August and September have flown but I promise to do better in the future!

So what have I been up to, I here you ask. Well, I have been very busy helping Fiona and Anthea in the shop, of course, and I have even changed my thick winter coat for a much lighter, glossier summer coat since the last time I wrote too. I have also been discovering that cows just will not budge, even when asked really politely to move... but that is a whole other story!

Yesterday a rather dashing chap took lots of photos of me. I thought it was for my portfolio but I suspect he just had a new camera and was experimenting. Either way, I think I look rather good...

Which do you think is my best side?

Anyway, this week Fiona seems to be having a big clear out in my room at work (a room she insists on calling her stock room - do I look like stock?!). This can only mean one thing... Christmas is on its way!

Plum Festival Launch Day

Today is the launch of Pershore's Plum Festival and what a great day it is. As I write this, there are purple balloons throughout the town and a whole lot of fun going on in Chapman Court. There are stalls selling a variety of plum products - Plum Jam, Plum Cheese, Plum Soap... anything goes during Pershore's Plum Festival!

This is my friend Angela, enjoying the days celebrations. I first met Angela three years ago when I won a poetry competition and was crowned Pershore's Poet Laureate. Have I mentioned this before?! It's true, despite Fiona claiming it was her work, it was me!

Here is the proof...

Anyway, on with the show! The highlight of today has to have been seeing The Roving Crows. They are a great celtic group and they really got people tapping their feet. Have a listen...

The fesitval continues throughout August with the main event being Plum Fayre Day on Bank Holiday Monday. If you pop along, be sure to visit me at Three Little Pigs.

Sunny Days!

Another sunny day, relaxing and playing. I popped down to the River Avon in the morning, to see what was around, and saw a chap on a boat. He looked very happy.

It was such a hot day, I decided to go for a paddle in Piddle Brook (yes, it is really called Piddle Brook!).

We had great fun. My friend Olive is not so sure about water... but she enjoyed watching... I think!

It was great to have a 'messing around' day because this week will be a busy week. We have a couple of big deliveries due and we are building up to the launch of Pershore Plum Festival on Saturday. If you are around you should pop along. 3 years ago I was crowned Pershore's Poet Laureate! What an honour it was too. Fiona, of course, took the credit for it, but I knew better! http://www.pershoreplumfestival.org.uk/index.php/2008/08/pet-pooch-inspires-plum-poet-laureate-to-pen-modern-tinker-tailor-counting-rhyme/
